RETURNS – CHANGES
Our store ralliskosmima.gr provides the service of return/replacement either because the customer has received defective or incorrect products from the order or because he has changed his mind.
RIGHT OF RETURN – REPLACEMENT
The customer has the right to request product replacement or repair free of charge in the following cases:
- If he has received the wrong product, poor or defective quality, in transport damaged packaging.
- If he has received a product that does not agree with the order, since it has not been used.
- As long as the customer contacts our store within 48 hours of receiving the product on phone +3023311-21361 or email email@example.com, in order to point out the problem and we approve its return.
As long as the above conditions are met, the return of the product should be made with the same courier company with which the product was delivered and the shipping costs are borne by our company. In any case, the product must be returned in its original condition, in its packaging and with all the original documents that accompanied it (e.g. Shipping Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw without reason if:
- The product is not from a special or personalized order.
- The product has not been used or modified or worn beyond testing.
If the above conditions are met, the product must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In any case, the product must be returned in its original condition, in its packaging and with all the original documents that accompanied it (e.g. Shipping Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.). The product must be returned with the same courier company with which it was received and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must first contact our company at +3023311-21361 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ralliskosmima is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return transit.
